Rory Dolan, a partner at Aedus, kickstarted his career in PR and Marketing agencies, where he honed his skills in developing accounts for prominent digital and social platforms. He has worked with esteemed clients such as Benenden Health, Arco, Jacuzzi, Schindler Lifts, Berrys, and many more.

After transitioning to the client side, Rory took on the challenge of building and expanding the marketing team at Loans at Home, a division of Non-Standard Finance PLC, during a period of rapid growth. He then ventured into contracting across Northern Europe for Lectra, a leading technology provider for the fashion, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. Rory's journey eventually led him to the Fresh Thinking Capital team, where he focused on enhancing brand presence and driving lead acquisition. As a result, he successfully established the Fresh Thinking Network and Fresh Thinking Advisory Brands.

Rory approaches marketing with a practical mindset, cutting through the unnecessary fluff to deliver strategies and systems that truly impact business growth and brand development.

How much does it cost to work with Aedus?

We pride ourselves on transparency. Being able to associate a cost and return on marketing is at the heart of what we do.... including our own pricing.

Commitment Fee

After our initial consultation and agreement to work together, we move forward with the next steps. As part of our process, we invoice for an initial commitment fee. Once this fee is paid, you officially become an Aedus client, and we begin to immerse ourselves in your business. The fee typically amounts to £1500, although it may vary depending on the size of your business and the extent of our collaboration with your team.

Monthly Fee

Once we have a thorough understanding of your business and have agreed on an initial strategy, we will proceed to create a customised business structure that caters to your marketing and sales development needs. The typical monthly cost for this service ranges between £3500 - £5500, depending on the agreed scope of work.

Additional Considerations

Sometimes, our clients have unique visions and requirements that may call for extra funding beyond the monthly Aedus fee. This additional budget is typically allocated for various purposes such as providing hospitality, enhancing web development, investing in media outreach, executing print campaigns, or funding paid advertising endeavors.

Additionally, we can assess your ongoing projects and seamlessly integrate any necessary components into our work scope as per your requirements.

Our pricing is determined by the extent of our involvement, the objectives of your business, and the size of your team. After our initial strategy and discovery meeting, we evaluate the level of assistance you require and incorporate this into our monthly fee.

Additional considerations

In certain scenarios, clients may have specific visions or requirements that necessitate additional funding beyond the monthly Aedus fee. This could include expenses related to events, web development, media advertising, print materials, or paid promotions. Aedus takes pleasure in taking charge of these aspects and executing them on behalf of the client, with the costs being directly invoiced to them. If you require any of these services but do not have a preferred partner in mind, we have a reliable network of long-term partners who we can approach on your behalf to provide a quote.
